Mubasher: Al Omaniya Financial Services will distribute interest warrant for the third six months ended 7 November on the unsecured compulsorily convertible bonus bonds worth OMR 1.84 million listed in 2015. 

The coupon on these bonds is 4% per annum, a bourse statement said, adding that all shareholders will be able to collect the interest warrant as of 17 November.

The company will transfer unclaimed interest warrants after a period of six months from the issue date to Investor’s Trust Fund with Muscat Clearing and Depository Co.
